Day 09 - Navarette - Nareja

Quite a short day.  The Albergues ahead of us were closed so we had to stop just after noon.
Although we had walked at a very good pace, 18 km in just over four hours. The next place to stay was 21 km away and it would not have been possible to maintain that pace I think!

The views were fantastic today!

Fortunately they supplied us with guide!

After a while we came to the spot where Roland defeated the giant.

 Stopped at the municipal albergue for the day.  No wifi there so am typing this up over an extended lunch at a place that has free wifi and pilgrim lunch for 9€.
